2.Overview

This promotion has two parts:

• Every-Class Giveaway: two (2) $100 Visa gift cards awarded at each class.
• Grand Prize Drawing: one (1) 75-inch smart TV (Adult Category) and one (1) video game console (Youth Category), drawn in March 2027.

3.Eligibility

Open to individuals age 12 or older at the time of entry who attend an eligible M.I.T. Project financial literacy class in person. Entrants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate, and a parent or legal guardian must accept any prize on their behalf.

Employees, board members and officers of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited.

4.Promotion Period

The entry period for the Grand Prize Drawing began with Sponsor's October 2026 class and ends at the close of Sponsor's last class held before the Grand Prize Drawing in March 2027. Upcoming class dates are posted at themitproject.com/events.

5.How to Enter

Attend an eligible class in person and sign in on Sponsor's official sign-in sheet. Each person receives one (1) Grand Prize Drawing entry per class attended. Sponsor's sign-in records are the official record of entries. Entries cannot be purchased, transferred or combined.

6.Every-Class Giveaway

At each class, Sponsor will award two (2) $100 Visa gift cards by random drawing from eligible attendees who signed in at that class. You must be present at the time of the giveaway drawing to win. Gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms and conditions.

7.Grand Prizes

The approximate retail value of each grand prize is less than $600. Specific brand and model will be determined by Sponsor.

8.Grand Prize Drawing

The Grand Prize Drawing will be held in March 2027 at VelocityTX. The date and time will be announced at themitproject.com/events and on Sponsor's social media. Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner in each category from all eligible entries in that category. Winners need not be present.

9.Winner Notification

Grand prize winners who are not present will be notified by phone, text or email using the contact information provided at sign-in. A winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification. If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

10.Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

11.Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable. No cash or other substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.
• Each winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
• Prizes won by entrants under 18 will be awarded to the winner's parent or legal guardian on the winner's behalf.

12.Photos & Publicity

With the winner's permission (and a parent or guardian's permission for winners under 18), Sponsor may share the winner's first name, photo and city in its program updates and social media. Participation is never conditioned on agreeing to publicity.

13.Privacy

Information collected at sign-in is used to administer this promotion, contact winners, and share information about Sponsor's programs. Sponsor does not sell personal information.

14.General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control prevent it from running as planned. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to this promotion.

15.Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants (and parents or guardians of entrants under 18) agree to release Sponsor, VelocityTX, and Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Instagram and Facebook) from any liability arising from participation in this promotion or from acceptance or use of any prize.
