How to Use This Worksheet

Map your income for the full 90 days first. Then use those paycheck numbers to build each month's expenses.

The goal: See your money before it arrives. First, list and number every paycheck or recurring deposit you expect during the next 90 days. Then, as you complete each monthly page, identify which paycheck will pay each obligation.

Before You Begin

Gather your pay schedule, recent pay stubs or benefit statements, bank statements, bills, minimum debt payments, and other regular expenses. Use take-home income — the amount you expect to actually receive.

The Process

1Map 90 Days of IncomeList every paycheck or recurring deposit expected during the 90-day period, in date order. Each one gets a Check #.
2Build Month 1List each expense, what you budget for it, and the paycheck that will fund it. Record the actual amount as the month happens.
3Repeat for Months 2 & 3Use the same paycheck numbers. The numbering does not restart each month.
4ReviewAt month-end, compare Budget to Actual. Use what you learned to make next month more realistic.

Complete this schedule once before you begin the monthly pages.

List every paycheck, benefit payment, support payment, side-income deposit, or other recurring income you reasonably expect. Keep them in date order — each one keeps its Check # on the monthly pages.

“Over” means more bills are assigned to that check than it can cover. Move a bill to another check, adjust the amount, or talk with a coach.
